My best friend, my niece and my colleague’s son and partner all had symptoms VERY like COVID-19 in December. I also had very similar symptoms in mid January, temperature, followed by a bad chesty cough & unbelievable fatigue (sleeping 20 hours a day) & very thick mucus which made breathing very difficult. Was given antibiotics & steroids which didn’t even touch it first week. I was off work for 3 weeks in total. I had pneumonia in 2019 which resulted in a stay in ICU, but this felt far worse said this all along. My husband was so ill after returning from Rome in December. There were people who were ill on our flight to Paris who we were sitting near too.There was people with the exact symptoms in November and December it was called a viral infection then! My husband had similar and couldn’t get his breath and was told it was a virus I had it in late December was bed bound for 3 days and coughed so strong that I was starting to blank out. Lasted in total over 11 days. I had every symptom of this virus.
